We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance, optimize sales funnel conversion, and support business growth across our dealer network. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with excellent data analysis and planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Funnel Management & Analysis
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Analyze lead conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with dealers to improve lead follow-up processes and conversion rates.
- Track and report key sales funnel KPIs and performance trends.
Sales Performance Management
- Monitor regional sales performance against targets and business objectives.
- Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to improve results.
- Conduct regular sales reviews with dealer partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support retail sales initiatives and campaign execution.
Sales Analysis & Business Insights
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance data.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
- Support management with forecasting and strategic planning activities.
Stock Planning & Inventory Management
- Manage vehicle inventory allocation and stock planning across the dealer network.
- Monitor stock aging and inventory health.
- Coordinate demand planning and sales forecasting to optimize inventory levels.
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient stock distribution.
Dealer Performance Management
- Monitor dealer KPIs and operational performance.
- Support dealer development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with company sales processes and standards.
- Drive best practices across the dealer network.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Provide regular market insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, sales planning, business analysis, or dealer network management.
- Strong experience in:
- Sales Funnel Analysis
- Sales Performance Management
- Sales Forecasting
- Stock Planning & Inventory Management
- Dealer Performance Management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
