Role Description
To oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring consistent sales growth, operational compliance, customer service and team performance. The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role in aligning branch teams with company goals, identifying challenges and executing solutions on the ground. Ensure building maintenance and health and safety requirements are in place.
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification (diploma, etc.)
- B.Com Management or relevant degree would be beneficial
- At least 5–8 years’ experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
- Experience of managing Profit and Loss, balance sheet and associated financial responsibilities
- Understanding of procurement
- Sales and customer interaction experience
