Summary:

Manages dealership network performance, ensuring compliance, driving aftersales revenue, and improving operations and customer experience through audits, KPI tracking, and staff development.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Network Management: Supervising dealerships to ensure they adhere to manufacturer standards regarding facilities, tooling, and operational processes.

  • Revenue & Performance Growth: Driving targets for parts revenue, service intake, labor sales and driving revenue expansion.

  • Operational Excellence: Monitoring "Work in Progress" (WIP) at dealerships and implementing continuous improvement strategies for workshop productivity and operational support systems.

  • Customer Experience: Analyzing customer feedback through metrics like CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to develop dealer-specific improvement plans.

  • Compliance & Auditing: Conducting regular dealer visits and audits to ensure compliance with warranty policies, technical requirements, and legal regulations.

  • Training & Development: Identifying technical and non-technical training needs for dealership staff to bridge skill gaps and maintain service quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field would be added advantage.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in aftersales or dealer operations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation abilities, and data analysis skills are essential for managing varied dealer personalities and performance levels.
