Role Description
Supervises employees in the manufacturing environment. Plans and assigns work, implements policies, and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor of Science in Engineering courses
- Must have 9-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet company objectives
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
