Role Description This full-time Production Engineer role is an on-site position located in Jordan, PA. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflows, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with quality requirements for HVAC manufacturing. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, monitoring equipment performance, and troubleshooting process issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Engineer will also contribute to documentation, reporting, and the implementation of process enhancements to meet production targets and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills to manage manufacturing processes and optimize resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes of issues, and propose practical improvements.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in HVAC manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, convey technical information clearly, and support team coordination.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in HVAC manufacturing or industrial production environments, familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies, and proficiency in production-related software are advantageous.
