Responsibilities
Perform Requirement analysis
Participate in active communication and clarification with customer stakeholders regarding requirements and test specification
Participation/execution of review for created specifications
Creation of Test cases and Test specification
Test preparation and execution
Test Analysis and test evaluation
Logging/reporting the defects found in specifications
Proactive reporting on progress, blockers and open points
Skills
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Working experience in IT 3 years min.
- Proven experience in testing in Automotive domains.
- Strong experience of requirements and test specification analysis and creation (coverage, traceability, review)
- Proven strong working experience with IBM DOORs or another requirements management system/tool;
- Understanding of testing life-cycle.
- Experience in test processes.
- Understanding of different testing levels and their scope.
- Understanding of testing types and testing techniques.
- Understanding of ASPICE best practices to ensure manageability, reliability, and deliverables.
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good problem-solving skills. Foresee potential issues and risks and come up with solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to track and support activities under responsibility
- Customer centric mindset
- Working experience with Jira / Confluence
Big plus
- working experience with CodeBeamer ALM
- Understanding of Automation strategies.
- Good understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, V-Model, Agile)
- Experience with Robot Framework
- Experience in test automation with Python.
Languages:
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
Location: Bucharest (5 days per month in our office – flexible attendance)
