- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment (forecast, MPS/DPS, sales orders, on-time shipment).
- Lead capacity planning to ensure production line readiness and delivery commitment.
- Optimize inventory performance (stock level, DSI, WIP, turnover, SLM, OBS, aging control).
- Act as the key interface across Sales, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure fast response and high customer satisfaction.
- Drive quarterly QBR performance improvement to support sales growth and order acquisition.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
