Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analysis of the complete product range.
- Provide technical and product training to the sales team.
- Identify new product opportunities.
- Develop new business channels to expand the brand's market presence in Nepal.
- Support customers with technical solutions and product applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product support, service engineering, or technical support for heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, or commercial vehicles.
- Experience with brands such as excavators, loaders, cranes, dozers, graders, or similar equipment will be an advantage.
