Role Summary
As a Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Data Governance and Master Data Management within the Product & Catalog domain. You’ll collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Translate business strategy into technology product strategy
- Define KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, UX, and Business
- Drive product discovery, design, and delivery of end-to-end solutions
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, epics, and user stories
- Represent the product in enterprise planning and stakeholder discussions
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with PIM / MDM platforms (e.g., STIBO STEP or similar)
- Background in catalog data management & distribution
- Ability to define product strategy and execute in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Automotive Aftermarket experience (ACES, PIES standards)
- Experience in B2B or retail domains
- API/platform product experience
