Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Head specializing in Drive Line & CVJ Components, based in Jaipur. The Technical Head will oversee the technical aspects of product development, provide technical support, and lead the design, testing, and implementation of advanced drive line and CVJ components. The role also involves managing technical teams, developing team capabilities through training, and ensuring that project objectives meet industry and company standards.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate designs, solve complex problems, and improve product efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in providing technical support and mentorship
- Experience in team management and the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
- Capable of planning and delivering technical training to team members
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with the automotive engineering industry, particularly in drive line systems, and knowledge of industry standards
