A leading manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility in Georgia. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people (SQDCP), while leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all plant operations to achieve goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce performance (SQDCP)
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance
- Develop and execute production plans, budgets, and operational strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build, coach, and develop cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence
- Partner with engineering and leadership teams to implement new technologies, capital projects, and long-term growth initiatives

Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with plant, operations, or production management responsibility.
- Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing budgets, capital projects, production planning, and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills; automotive, heavy equipment, metals, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
