We're a Singapore-headquartered automotive group operating across Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, China, and Zambia. Our businesses include car export trading, the GOTCHA auction platform, and Kingsman premium retail.
We're building our in-house demand generation engine and are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to lead our lead-generation efforts. This role is based in Batam and reports directly to the Founder.
What You'll Do
- Run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Build lead-generation funnels for car exports (overseas dealer buyers and local car sellers), as well as the Zambia market.
- Create landing pages, implement conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.), and ensure smooth lead handoff to the sales team.
- Own key performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, and conversion rates, and report on and optimize performance weekly.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media, with a proven track record of results.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok Ads experience is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building landing pages and funnels, and integrating them with a CRM.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Experience in the automotive, marketplace, export, or premium retail industries is an advantage.
