Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Parts Manager for an on-site position at our Ballinrobe location. The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role includes liaising with vendors, handling service parts requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Control and Inventory Management
- Experience with Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Familiarity with Service Parts operations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software systems or tools related to inventory and parts management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
