Assistant Manager -Automotive Industry ( Aftersales Service)

Key Responsibilities

. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the service center

· Supervise service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow

· Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets company quality standards

· Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally

· Support in preparing job estimates, invoices, and service reports

· Maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients (B2B)

· Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop safety standards

· Assist in inventory control and spare parts coordination

· Support Service Manager in achieving sales and service targets

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive service operations

· Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

· Good leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively

· Proficient in MS Office and service management systems
