What You’ll Do:
As a Parts Counterperson, you’ll play a critical role in keeping both our customers and service department running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting retail and wholesale customers with parts needs
- Supporting service technicians with accurate and timely parts fulfillment
- Identifying automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and systems
- Processing orders, invoices, and inventory transactions
- Maintaining organized inventory and stock areas
- Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Helping ensure a fast, accurate, and positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Dealership experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
