As a Parts Counter Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department, technicians, and customers by ensuring accurate parts recommendations, timely fulfillment, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to build a long-term career with us.

Parts Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians and retail customers by identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts.
- Accurately look up parts using electronic catalog systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and organization of parts.
- Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone.
- Coordinate with the Service and Sales departments to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as needed within the Parts Department.
- Work scheduled Saturday shifts as part of the regular workweek.
Parts Counter Sales Associate Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a monthly pay range of $3,500-$4,500, depending on experience.

Parts Counter Sales Associate Qualifications
- Prior automotive parts or dealership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Corporate requirements: must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, be able to pass a criminal background check, and complete a pre-employment drug screen.
