£28,000 Basic | £34,000 OTE
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Role
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Parts Advisor to join a busy dealership. This is a key role within the aftersales team, ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both the workshop and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplying parts efficiently to the workshop and front counter
- Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and returns
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Processing invoices and payments accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant parts department
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (motor trade preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT/system skills
- Excellent communication and customer xlqdzyr service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
