Job purpose
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial compressors and associated mechanical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compressor maintenance.
- Experience in cement plants or other heavy industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial compressors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults.
- Overhaul and repair compressors and related components.
- Perform alignment and replace bearings, seals, and other mechanical parts.
- Participate in shutdown maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
