The Playworker Supervisor is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children in out-of-school care. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the After School Club and the holiday playscheme in conjunction with the Service Manager, ensuring high-quality play and learning experiences, and supervising staff to uphold best practices in childcare. The Playworker Supervisor will deputise for the Service Manager in their absence to maintain the service's smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Play work qualification or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- First Aid Certificate.
