Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Phnom Penh for a Sales Manager. In this role, the Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include building and nurturing strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and reporting performance metrics. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and ensuring the team delivers excellent service while identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a successful record in sales management
- Experience in strategy development, market analysis, and business growth planning
- Team leadership and people management skills to motivate and guide sales teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client and team relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and address challenges
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and business operations in Cambodia is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Khmer is a plus
