Our platform empowers car dealerships (4S stores) to enhance customer engagement through AI-generated content, short videos, and live streaming, driving digital transformation in automotive retail.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Operations Director to lead and scale our operations team supporting automotive clients. This role is not focused on traditional automotive sales, but on post-sales delivery, content operations, data tracking, and client success management.

You will oversee a young and dynamic team responsible for executing AI-powered content strategies (short videos & live streaming) for dealership clients, ensuring consistent delivery, performance tracking, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Delivery Management

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of post-sales operations after deals are closed by the BD team
  • Manage a team of Operations Executives responsible for content production and client servicing
  • Oversee content publishing and execution across relevant platforms

2. Content & Live Streaming Operations

  • Guide the team in optimizing AI-generated video content and live streaming strategies
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with client goals
  • Provide direction on content planning, scripting, and performance improvement

3. Data Tracking & Performance Analysis

  • Establish and monitor key operational KPIs (content output, engagement, conversion, etc.)
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas for optimization
  • Translate data insights into actionable improvements for both internal teams and clients

4. Client Success & Satisfaction

  • Act as the escalation point for client issues and operational challenges
  • Lead problem-solving efforts, identify root causes, and implement solutions
  • Continuously monitor and improve client satisfaction and retention

5. Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver structured reports including:
  • Weekly operational reports (progress, issues, performance)
  • Monthly performance reports (data insights, optimization plans, client outcomes)
  • Provide clear feedback loops between clients, BD team, and internal operations

6. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a young operations team
  • Build scalable processes, SOPs, and performance standards
  • Foster a proactive, accountable, and data-driven team culture

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5–10+ years of experience in automotive operations, content operations, or digital marketing operations
  • Proven experience in:
  • Data tracking and performance analysis
  • Content operations (short video / live streaming / social media)
  • Experience managing post-sales delivery teams or client success functions
  • Strong leadership experience managing junior teams
