The AutoXcel Corporation, a national automotive Finance and Insurance Provider, seeks a National Sales Manager.
The applicant must have experience in the automotive industry preferably with F&I finance experience working in an auto dealership. Must be a competent manager of a sales team meeting the prerequisites of a successful Sales Manager. Legitimate contacts established in the industry is necessary. Must be capable of seeking and acquiring new business and must be able to create a Sales Plan for the Sales Team. The ability to plan, direct and manage is essential.
The National Sales Manager must be able to mentor, recruit and build a cohesive sales team, develop the team as professionals within the industry, lead by example, and successfully coach others. The candidate must be able to establish an approach to the market and goals that are relevant, realistic, and attainable. Must be able to lay plans and pursue milestones to achieve goals.
Consistently demonstrate organization and detail.
Effective communication verbally and in writing to build internal and external relationships.
Have legitimate, in depth knowledge of reinsurance, retro and incentive programs. Knowing buzz words and repeating them does not apply.
Truthfulness and honesty is required. Genuine consideration of others and the Company is also required.
Attend Midyear and Annual Company Meetings, certain conventions, help plan and attend visits with clients.
Excellent Base Salary plus commission. Expected to continue to increase company revenue and personal income each month.
The candidate will work closely with Accounting, Compliance, Claims and Marketing departments to ensure sales are productive.
- Travel is expected. Travel expenses are paid by the company.

Connections with independent agents, dealerships, credit unions or manufacturers in the automotive industry is a step up. Must be able to hire, instruct, work with sales team members to continue their improvement.
