GTA Cars — one of Dubai’s top premium car dealerships — is expanding its sales support team! We’re looking for a Call Centre Executive focused on lead generation to help drive inquiries, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Qualify inquiries and schedule showroom visits or call-backs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
- Meet daily/weekly targets for outreach and conversions

Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar call centre or telesales role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Automotive or real estate industry experience is an advantage
