Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a Lube Tech to perform routine vehicle maintenance services in our Virginia location, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin) accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and identifying potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in lubrication services.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
