Your responsibilities
Project Management (50%)
- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking cross-functional projects.
- Maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support project documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and updates to ensure alignment among teams.
Presentation Development (30%)
- Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to summarize project updates, demand analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, graphics, and visual tools to aid in decision-making and communication.
Supply chain, Planning and Analysis (20%)
- Analyze historical sales and demand data to create accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams on material planning, sourcing strategies, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and follow up on supply chain performance, addressing any gaps or delays.
- Support the development of planning models and tools using Excel.
Your profile
- Education/Credentials/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Length of Experience
- Desirable 2+ years experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning or Demand Analyst positions in the automotive or construction industry.
- Experience in developing KPIs for material and supplier performance and driving continuous improvements based on data analysis
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including design and visual management expertise.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, including sourcing, logistics, and demand planning.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Previous experience with SAP is preferred.
