At Purem by Eberspächer, we are looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Group Transfer Pricing Team and help shape and manage our global transfer pricing framework.
In this role, you will:
✅ Develop and enhance the Group's global transfer pricing policies in line with OECD Guidelines and German tax regulations.
✅ Manage transfer pricing models across manufacturing, distribution, services, financing, and supply chain transactions.
✅ Prepare and coordinate Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
✅ Support transfer pricing audits and collaborate with tax authorities and external advisors.
✅ Partner closely with Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Legal, and Business Units across our international organization.
✅ Contribute to the digitalization and automation of transfer pricing processes.
What we're looking for:
✔ University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
✔ Several years of experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within a multinational company, the automotive industry, or a Big Four/tax advisory firm.
✔ Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, German transfer pricing regulations, and international tax principles.
✔ Experience with manufacturing and supply chain structures.
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.
