Position: Junior Product Quality Engineer
We are looking for a Junior Product Quality Engineer, based in Sofia. He/She will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions across energy efficiency, electrification, and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Ensures production quality achievement and performance improvement, within the scope of his/her authorizations;
- Supports the problem-solving process in case of customer’s claim;
- Executes process audits;
- Elaborates and implements quality control instructions;
- Ensures that the local production site meets all Production quality objectives and that the organization supplies adequate standards of service to customers;
- Follows-up and coordinates the elaboration of corrective action plans linked to internal or external non-conformities;
- Participates in new product or process validation, including change in the existing process, transfer of products or new supplier validation;
- Coordinates the root-cause analysis and scrap level of the production lines under his/her scope of responsibilities;
- Supports Product Quality Supervisor to deploy group policy and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Micro-techniques or equivalent;
- Experience in the Quality function in Automotive field;
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF, IRIS;
- Good practice of quality tools and problem-solving methods: 8D, PDCA, SPC, Gage R&R, etc.;
- Very good knowledge of English language, MS Office and IT systems;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Team worker with excellent communication skills;
- Initiative and high customer orientation;
- Manufacturing process knowledge would be a great advantage: assembly, soldering, resin potting, electrical/mechanical testing.
