Job Description / Responsibility
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Supervisor to manage and oversee daily transportation operations, vehicle maintenance, and driver coordination to ensure smooth and efficient logistics support.
Job Responsibilities-
- Supervise daily transport operations and vehicle movement.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
- Maintain records of fuel consumption, mileage, and trip logs.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure proper duty allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.
- Optimize routes to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain discipline and performance of drivers and transport staff.
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with relevant practical experience in transport management.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Honor’s) in any discipline.
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering (Preferred).
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in transport supervision or fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport logistics.
• Ability to handle drivers and transport staff efficiently.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
