In this position, you will facilitate the coordination of internal repairs and vendor-related installations at our dealership. As a key contributor, you’ll work closely with the Sales Department, collision center staff, and external vendors to ensure timely vehicle preparations and repair completions. Strong organization and communication skills are vital as you balance responsibilities across various departments and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales requests for accessory installations and repairs
• Organize technician schedules for timely repairs and services
• Communicate updates on repair progress with internal teams
• Liaise with vendors for any external repair needs
• Ensure repair orders and documentation are accurate and submitted
Requirements:
• Experience in collision repair or automotive operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with dealership management software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
