职责描述:

  • 制定并执行销售策略以实现收入目标,并能够高效应对不同阶段的销售周期需求。
  • 维护健康、可持续的销售管道,同时持续向客户传递有关产品、定价及市场差异化优势的专业知识。
  • 建立并维护稳固的客户关系,推动销售增长。
  • 分析市场数据,识别潜在业务机会,并根据市场变化灵活调整销售策略。
  • 与跨职能团队紧密协作,确保部门之间的协同一致与高效配合。
  • 推动销售流程的持续优化,并引入创新技术和工具以提升销售效率。
  • 参与销售谈判,并对交易达成和合同签署作出实质性贡献。 任职要求:
  • 本科及以上学历,相关专业背景优先;或具备同等学历与工作经验的组合。
  • 通常需具备 7 年以上相关行业工作经验,其中至少 3 年从事类似岗位。
  • 在销售及销售赋能领域拥有可证明的成功业绩记录。熟练掌握销售策略制定、客户关系管理及市场分析等核心能力。
  • 深入理解 智能制造 / Manufacturing 4.0,而非仅限于传统制造 IT。能在 Auto / MFG 行业中 以解决方案专家(Solution Expert)身份直接对接客户,推动业务讨论与决策。 Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, with the ability to effectively manage requirements across different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, sustainable sales pipeline while continuously delivering professional insights to customers on products, pricing, and market differentiation.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sustained sales growth.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and flexibly adjust sales strategies in response to market dynamics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and efficient execution across departments.
  • Drive continuous optimization of sales processes and introduce innovative technologies and tools to improve overall sales efficiency.
  • Participate in sales negotiations and make substantive contributions to deal closure and contract execution. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales enablement, with strong capabilities in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Deep understanding of Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0, beyond traditional manufacturing IT. Ability to engage directly with customers in the Automotive and Manufacturing (Auto / MFG) industries as a Solution Expert, driving business discussions and influencing decision-making.
