Our client, an automotive company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role is fully remote working EST & CST hours.
This role is budgeted until August 31st, 2026
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating interviews, managing recruitment logistics, maintaining accurate hiring data, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate candidate scheduling, interviews, and offer logistics
- Manage interview panels and recruitment processes to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting in Workday
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill
- Assist with requisition management, hiring events, and seasonal recruitment efforts
- Coordinate job fairs and recruiting outreach initiatives
- Support offer generation, position confirmations, and administrative recruiting tasks
- Assist with Talent Acquisition budget tracking and invoice reconciliation as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday and/or Paradox preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
