📍 Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)

• Execute seamless onboarding, induction, and documentation processes

• Maintain and update employee data in HRMS with high accuracy

• Handle employee records, personal files, and documentation audits

• Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and reimbursements

• Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and regular reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes

• Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives

• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR service delivery

• Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations

• Work extensively on HR systems (SuccessFactors experience preferred)

• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources or related field

• 5–7 years of relevant HR operations experience

• Hands-on experience in HRMS tools (SuccessFactors preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
