Responsibilities
- Diagnose collision-related damage on heavy-duty trucks and develop effective repair plans.
- Perform structural repairs using MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, and auto body techniques to restore vehicle frames and bodies.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to remove damaged parts and install new components such as auto glass and auto painting finishes.
- Execute mechanical repairs involving engine components, suspension systems, and other vital truck systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and ensure all work meets safety standards.
- Proven heavy-duty truck repair experience with a strong background in auto body repair and collision restoration.
- Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, sheet metal work, fabrication, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
- Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism during interactions with clients or team members.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
