Client Description:
Our client is an international industrial manufacturing group operating in a technically demanding process environment. The company runs a multi-site footprint across Europe and supplies mission-critical products to industrial customers.
The Polish production site operates within a structured corporate environment with strong expectations around operational discipline, leadership accountability, and consistent performance.
The current situation requires additional leadership at plant level to stabilise operations, reinforce execution, and ensure the site performs reliably under increased internal scrutiny.
Job Challenge:
- Acting as Interim Plant Manager, reporting to regional or divisional leadership within an international group
- Lead an urgent plant stabilisation and performance improvement mandate in a multi-shift environment
- Establish immediate control, restore daily operating rhythm, and reinforce management discipline across the site
- Drive rapid diagnosis and execution with measurable results expected within the first 3 months
- Strengthen accountability and coordination across production, maintenance, quality, and planning
- Stabilise a sensitive leadership situation while maintaining workforce continuity and customer focus
Manager Skills:
- Proven experience as Plant Director, Operations Director, or interim manufacturing leader in complex industrial environments
- Track record in operational turnaround, plant stabilisation, or crisis management at the site level
- Strong ability to establish control quickly and translate diagnosis into immediate action
- Hands-on leadership style with focus on execution, discipline, and measurable results
- Experience managing multi-shift operations and leading cross-functional plant teams
- Clear, direct communication with both senior management and shop-floor teams
- Composed, pragmatic, and politically aware leadership style in sensitive environments
Key Requirements:
Requirement 01: Experience in crisis management, plant stabilisation, or operational turnaround
Requirement 02: Strong track record leading manufacturing sites in complex industrial environments
Requirement 03: Ability to step in immediately and deliver visible results within a short timeframe
