Company Description Dynolt Technologies is a deep-tech company developing indigenous power electronics solutions for electric mobility and clean energy applications. We design and manufacture high-efficiency EV charging systems and intelligent power conversion platforms, enabling reliable, scalable, and sustainable energy infrastructure for OEMs, battery manufacturers, fleets, and energy ecosystem partners.

Role Description The Head of Quality will be responsible for establishing and leading Dynolt's quality function across product development, manufacturing, supplier management, and field operations. The role involves driving a culture of quality excellence, implementing robust quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and continuously improving product reliability and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Service teams to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Quality will play a critical role in scaling operations while maintaining world-class quality standards and supporting Dynolt's mission of delivering reliable, indigenous power electronics solutions for electric mobility and clean energy applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Management within power electronics, EV systems, automotive electronics, industrial electronics, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience in leading quality teams and driving quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics products, PCB assemblies, electronic components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with quality methodologies and tools such as FMEA, 8D, CAPA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma.
  • Experience in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
  • Knowledge of product certifications and regulatory requirements applicable to EV chargers, power converters, and electrical equipment.
  • Experience in supplier quality management, vendor audits, and quality improvement programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Lead Auditor certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling manufacturing organization is preferred.
