We are a premium skincare brand developing a new high-margin product line with significant international growth potential. All products are EU-approved, with the possibility to expand certifications to other markets.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing brand at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping our global expansion strategy. This role requires hands-on experience working with national and international beauty, cosmetics, or retail distribution. Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

Your Role

As our International Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Identify and secure high-value international clients, including duty-free shops, major beauty chains, and subscription beauty boxes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and margin agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches in international markets.
  • Collaborate with product development, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth delivery of large-scale orders.
  • Build long-term relationships and establish the brand in new, high-potential markets.
  • This role gives you direct ownership of unlocking million-customer opportunities and driving substantial revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in international retail or B2B sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or luxury products.
  • Proven track record in landing large clients or partnerships, ideally in duty-free, major retailers, or subscription boxes.
  • Strong network in the international beauty retail industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
