Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Korea business operations
- Drive sales growth and profitability across multiple product lines
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Manage key accounts, distributors, and strategic customer relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business in Korea
- Work closely with application, service, and regional/global teams
- Build and strengthen local service and application support capability
- Provide market intelligence, sales forecasts, and business reports
- Support exhibitions, customer events, product training, and technical presentations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in technical sales, service, application, or business management within a related manufacturing equipment industry
- Experience in semiconductor, SMT, PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, automation equipment, or precision manufacturing equipment preferred
- People management or country/business leadership experience preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with technical understanding
- Experience working with distributors and key accounts
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English communication preferred
- Domestic and international travel required, approximately 30%
