Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Sales Supervisor will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing and guiding the sales team to achieve targets and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase market share. The role involves coaching and training team members, resolving customer concerns, and coordinating with other departments to support sales campaigns and promotions. The Sales Supervisor will also contribute to reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Training skills to lead, motivate, and develop sales team members.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain high satisfaction levels and handle escalated customer issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage clearly with customers.
- Experience in automotive sales or retail management is beneficial, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred, and prior supervisory experience is highly regarded.
