Role Description
The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pleasantville, NJ. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across the dealership. Key responsibilities include managing and leading a team of professionals, developing strategies to achieve business goals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the dealership complies with industry regulations. The General Manager will play an integral role in driving revenue and enhancing the overall performance of the dealership.
Qualifications
