Job Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare Job Cards and coordinate with workshop technicians.
- Explain repair work and service estimates to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status.
- Maintain service records and prepare necessary reports.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts and Workshop teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Education: diploma in automobile engineering
- Skills: automotive repair, automotive engineering, automotive parts, automotive, vehicle engineering, automotive aftermarket, dealer management, auto body
