该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: -Administration of test vehicles according to BMW Central Fleet Management. -Providing test vehicles to BMW team for validation events on request and ensure the test vehicles are available and on a valid state for CV, E/E and CoCo testing including measurement equipment. -These goals must be fulfilled at any time to ensure a smooth testing and keep the test platform downtime as little as possible. -Downloading, flashing of coding of vehicle ECU software -Application, administration and monitoring of Connected Drive accounts. -Installation and replacement of hardware ECUs and non-safety relevant vehicle parts -Procurement and administration of parts and components, exchange with the part management in Munich and test management closely. -Planning and alignment of necessary works (including planned/unplanned hardware change, “Verwenderhinweise” (user notices), etc.) executed by the central workshop -Responsible coordination of license plate applications, maintenance and repair of test vehicles -Preparation, installation and configuration of Measurement Equipment, test preparation: -Support of long-term problem-solving process within development for current and requirements for future vehicles. Requirements: -Bachelor or above in Automotive Engineering, electrical / electronic engineering, electrical power engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering or related majors -3+ years of working experience in foreign-funded automotive companies, familiar with automotive R&D and testing processes, and understanding of the development process for automotive industry components and projects. -Strong hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities. -Fluent in both Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of using English as a working language, and able to independently discuss issues and describe requirements with foreign counterparts. -Skilled in utilizing analytical and effective working methods, capable of bearing a certain level of work pressure, and demonstrating a serious and responsible attitude towards work. -Proficient in using Microsoft Office and project knowledge management tools. -Possesses knowledge of quality management and problem-solving methodologies.
