Role Description
- $120,000 – $150,000+ OTE (Strong Commission Structure)
- Full-Time + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card
You will:-
- Consult with a high volume of clients, providing expert finance and insurance solutions.
- Drive F&I penetration by aligning with our high-performing sales floor.
- Mentor and influence the sales team to sharpen their F&I awareness.
- Deliver a "Gold Standard" customer experience at every touchpoint.
Who You Are:-
- You are a closer with a "consultative" demeaner. You understand that F&I is the engine room of dealership profitability and you thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced floor.
Experienced: – Deep knowledge of automotive retail F&I and current legislative requirements.
- Driven: – A "hunter" mindset when it comes to targets, but a "pro" when it comes to compliance.
- Dynamic: – You have the energy to lift the room and the communication skills to build instant rapport.
- Flexible: – Ready to work weekends (with Sunday loading) to capture peak trading periods.
