Objective:
To ensure prompt response to clients, maintaining accounts in good standing and keeping the internal team informed of their status.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain records of client transactions.
• Act as the point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain multiple clients as needed.
• Identify opportunities to help grow existing business.
• Forecast and track client metrics.
• Ensure correct pricing is entered into internal systems.
• Collaborate to guarantee timely payments.
Requirements:
• Professional education in a related field.
• Experience in logistics and sales in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of RFQ processes and forecasting analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Advanced English level; certification is a plus.
• Ability to work within a team and provide internal/external customer service.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Knowledge of cost calculation is desirable.
• Proactive, organized, a team player, and have effective time management skills.
• Willingness to travel.
