- To support FGS for the project steering
- To support FGS for the meeting arrangement and meeting record , EG project status coordination
- To support FGS for the AWS, jobsplit, budget estimation and tracking
- To support FGS for the GFF/GFA document collection and summary
- To do the documentation work for the projects."
- To support FGS for Busincess case, Task follow up
- Managing and Tracking MQB/WW Project AWS/RASI negotiation/budget status.
- Organzation of the MQB/WW project relevant meeting, minute and documentation
- Collecting and Summaring the GFA/GFF report for all MQB/WW projects
- Business case/Task evaluation by FGS
- Error report and test plan
- Over 3 years of working experience at least in automotive industry, Minimum 2 years working experience in OEM level; Work experience in VW group is preferred
- Working experience in whole vehicle development&testing and project management is preferred
- Good communation and team player
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and documentation works
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written & spoken; German language skills are highly preferred 6.
