Express Technician | Serra Kalkaska
Entry level light maintenance and repair position. You will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flush coolant systems and more in a fast‑paced environment.
This role offers growth potential to earn automotive certifications and is ideal for someone who consistently achieves turnaround goals, is detail oriented, and has effective communication skills.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary.
- Ability to build strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
- Receive additional training and coaching from Serra employees.
- Effective communication skills.
- Computer skills are a plus.
- Attention to detail is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license that meets company insurance standards.
Background Check
Must be willing to complete a background check to access protected employee and customer information.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of standing and bending to repair and inspect vehicles.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
