What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license.
- A passion for cars and customer service.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to repair order with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs where authorized by the Customer.
- Conduct multi‑point inspections and recommend improvements for safety and reliability.
- Document all work on the repair order.
- Maintain inventory of special tools not inventoried by Service department.
- Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend factory‑ sponsored training.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience as automotive technician.
- Automotive technical training (varies).
- Attention to detail.
- Organization and follow‑up skills.
- Valid in‑state driver’s license with acceptable safe driving record.
