Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated EV Sales Consultant to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales, preferably in electric vehicles, and is passionate about building customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve vehicle sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives.
- Guide customers throughout the purchase journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Stay informed about EV products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support promotional activities through social media, live streaming, and other customer engagement channels when required.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Fluent Spanish.
Preferred
- Experience selling electric vehicles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and customer acquisition channels.
- Experience with live streaming, content creation, Meta Ads, or Google Ads.
- English proficiency is a plus.
