Responsibilities
- Conduct timely equipment troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure continuous and stable production operation.
- Be responsible for the daily maintenance, repair, modification and optimization of factory jigs, fixtures and tooling trolleys.
- Independently design, fabricate and improve workshop tooling and fixtures according to actual production requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess valid and South Africa compliant welder certification.
Required Skills
- Proficient in general welding, TIG welding and CO2 gas shielded welding techniques.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant workshop maintenance and welding working experience.
- Good communication skills and team spirit; able to adapt quickly to changing workshop working conditions.
- Self-motivated with a positive learning attitude, willing to accept new technical knowledge and work challenges.
