About the Rol
eWe are seeking an experienced Director of Vehicle Management & Repair to lead nationwide vehicle maintenance, repair operations, workshop network management, and fleet performance optimization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing fleet maintenance strategies, driving service quality improvements, optimizing repair costs, managing spare parts operations, and ensuring vehicle availability across multiple regions. The successful candidate will combine strong operational leadership, maintenance expertise, vendor management capabilities, and data-driven decision making to support business growth and operational excellence
