We are seeking an experienced Auto Parts Manager to join a well-established automotive group with over 40 years of success in the business. This is a search for a key leadership role in our parts department.

- Lead and oversee all operations within the Parts Department
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Support service technicians and retail customers with accurate, timely parts solutions
- Develop and coach parts team members to deliver excellent service
- Track performance metrics and drive profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior Parts Manager or Assistant Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across service, sales, and leadership teams
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
Compensation:
$6,000 – $7,000/month depending on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
